The Store Hub UK Group Limited is the data controller for the details you give us on this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, how you heard about us and anything you choose to tell us about what you are storing and when. We also record which page you were on and which advert or search brought you to the site, so we know which of our adverts are working.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry and to run the site. If you tick the marketing box we will also email you occasionally about offers and news, and you can stop that at any time by replying to any email. We never sell or pass your details to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep the records we need for the account.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use three kinds of cookies. Necessary cookies keep the site working and are always on. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, run by Google Ireland Limited) tell us how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Advertising cookies (Google Ads, run by Google Ireland Limited, and the Meta Pixel, run by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, for Facebook and Instagram) measure which of our adverts bring people to us and help us improve them.

Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you allow them on our cookie banner. You can accept all, reject all, or choose each type. We keep a record of the choice you made, when you made it and the wording you were shown. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page; it takes effect straight away.

Your rights
